Dispute Resolution Support:
If a problem arises with your order, such as incorrect items, damaged goods, or non-delivery, PeerMetals provides dedicated support through our Contact Us page and Resolution Center.
Non-delivery: If you don’t receive your order within the estimated delivery time.

Open a Case with PeerMetals:
If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the seller, you can file a claim within 3 days of the order’s delivery date. You can do this by visiting the Your Orders page, clicking on the order with a problem, and then by selecting "Report a Problem" at the bottom of the order summary.
Resolution Process:
Once your claim is submitted, PeerMetals and the Seller will:
Seller will be notified of the problem, and will be asked to resolve the issue promptly.
Review the provided information.
Investigate the claim with the Seller.
Make a fair decision based on the findings.
While we strive to protect all buyers, certain situations are not covered:
Purchases made outside of the PeerMetals platform.
Items damaged due to buyer mishandling.
Minor discrepancies not affecting the overall value (e.g., slight scratches or small packaging defects).
Transactions where the buyer and seller have agreed to terms outside of the platform’s policies.
Review seller ratings and feedback before making a purchase.
Ensure the item’s description and photos match your expectations.
